How we measure it
FEEDBACK
We routinely collect feedback from our interns in London, volunteers in country and participants of workshops on their experience working with Green Shoots . We use a range of methods such as surveys, open ended forms and videos.
Monitoring & Evaluation Protocol
For our programs we have devised monitoring and evaluation frameworks in collaboration with local partners. They allow us to see quarterly progress of the project, meeting of targets. We are able to improve on project delivery, by routinely evaluating, and eventually assess our impact.
Baseline Survey
A baseline survey conducted before the start of a project allows us to assess out impact more accurately. By gathering socio-economic data of project participants and a control group we can report back on the difference we are making
